This book still has the same spiritual affirmations, but without the lines. You are still welcome to write the affirmations for your own personal use, to help in reinforcing them; you will just need a separate journal type book if you choose to write them.
If you want the option with lines already as part of the book, the 8-1/2 by 11 inch version is also available.
